Monday to Friday 8am-5pm from £85ph
Monday to Friday 5pm-12am from £150ph.

Saturday and Sunday are negotiable, Day rates are negotiable and Fixed quote prices are available upon request. 
We specialise in Testing and Inspecting at very reasonable rates. Our prices depend on the size of property/Building.

EICR Conditioning Report for 1-2 bedrooms From £120 - £150* 
EICR Conditioning Report for 3-4 bedrooms From £150 - £200*
EICR Conditioning Report for 5+ Bedrooms From £180 - £250*
Fire Alarm Annual service and Certificate From £100 - £150*
Emergency Lighting Certificate 
From £100 - £150*

*Each Job is priced depending on it’s size and number of circuits.
